Kickstarter picked my book as a “Project We Love”

Kickstarter has selected my book of cartoons, Mostly Nonsense, to be featured as one of their “Projects We Love”. Woot!

The campaign is off to a good start. In the first two days we’ve raised over $1,000, over 20% of the goal. But most of the money for a Kickstarter tends to come in during the first few days and the last few days of a campaign so I’m not taking for granted yet that the book will happen. Podcast Interview: Comics Coast to Coast

I want to say a huge thanks to Comics Coast to Coast for interviewing me on their latest podcast. We talked about a lot of topics from Monster Cereals to toy design to digital brushes to ethnic sensitivities when designing characters. I talked a bit too fast in the first ten minutes or so (newbie mistake) but if you keep listening it gets better. It was a fun conversation and everyone was super nice!
