Meanwhile, Somewhere in the Ocean…
This is actually a re-working of an older cartoon. It seems odd to me that Captain America, for all his accomplishments, is still only a captain whereas Colonel Sanders, who sells chicken, outranks him. I guess that means technically Cap has to do whatever Sanders says. Over a year ago I did a cartoon playing with this idea, but a lot of people were confused by it. This is a wackier version that I hope makes the gag clearer.
